Everyone is in on the hashtag-triggered emoji craze, including the NBA. Ahead of the NBA All-Stars, they’ve unveiled a series of emojis for fans to use to spread the love. If fans want to show some support all they have to do is use #NBAAllStarTO and enter #firstnamelastname (i.e. #stephencurry, #lebronjames). They’ll be live through Monday the 15th.
The NBA All-Star MVP fan vote will also be run through Twitter using the same name format and#KiaAllStarMVP. The vote will take place during a half hour window during the fourth quarter during Sunday’s game. For the vote, retweets will count up to a 100 times and count for 25 percent of the vote.
