LG Channels Adds New Movies, Channels in September

For a limited time in the month of September, LG TV customers can view a variety of films for free on LG Channels, the company’s free streaming service.

The films include the 1994 superhero comedy The Mask with Jim Carrey and Cameron Diaz; the sports drama Million Dollar Baby with Clint Eastwood, Hilary Swank and Morgan Freeman; romance drama P.S. I Love You with Swank and Gerard Butler and romcom Doc Hollywood with Michael J. Fox. Other movies are the action thriller The Rookie and romcoms Going The Distance with Drew Barrymore and Justin Long and Yes Man with Carrey.

In addition to the movie lineup, LG Channels has added new channels this month bringing the total of free channel offering to over 350 to include ACL Cornhole TV channel (492), DUST (257), Estrella TV (824), Love Nature (101) and Stingray Nothin’ but the 90s (913).

A range of live and on-demand programming, including movies, TV shows, news, sports, kids’ entertainment and more, is available with LG Channels. Owners of LG smart TVs may simply find their favorite shows by launching the LG Channels application on the webOS platform of their LG TV.

In August, Hallmark Media’s subscription streaming service, Hallmark Movies Now, launched on LG smart TVs  for $5.99 per month or $59.99 per year.
