Harrison Ford will be bringing his star power to the small screen in the upcoming Apple TV+ series, Shrinking.

In what is his first major TV role, Ford plays Dr. Phil Rhodes, a down-to-earth “blue collar shrink” who is a pioneer in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Rhodes, who has been diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease, will grapple with his diagnosis as well how it affects his friends, his family and legacy.

Ford will co-star opposite Jason Segel. The 10-episode comedy series follows Segal’s character, a grieving therapist who starts to break the rules by sharing his clients his unfiltered thoughts. By ignoring his training and ethics, he finds himself making huge, tumultuous changes to people’s lives, including his own.
