Ad Sales Ops. Coord., CBS Stations Digital

The Sales Operations Coordinator will be responsible for collecting
and entering all interactive advertising orders. The Sales Ops
Coordinator will serve as the point person to collect all creative
assets from the stations or agencies and input them into the systems
so they are available to the Account Services Team for trafficking.
This individual will work with corporate and station personnel as
well as provide optimal client service and support for all
advertisers, agencies and partners. The Sales Operations
Coordinator will report to the Sales Operations Account Services
Director.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review and approve stations insertion orders for accuracy and
completion

• Test and review all campaign creatives, click-thru URLs prior to
campaigns going live; making minor corrections if needed based on
creative specs

• Upload all creative assets to creative library so they are
available to traffic

• Monitor creative submissions and follow-up with stations when
creatives are missing

• Entering orders into the contract management system (Solbright)

• Track progress of orders from receipt to going “live”

• Create delivery reports upon completion of a campaign as needed

• Review pacing reports daily for under-delivery risks

• Monitor and manage group email account

• Provide screen shots as needed to stations or clients of campaign
once live

• Manage inventory avail requests

EXPERIENCE

The successful candidate must have direct experience in the Internet
advertising industry. This individual should have experience with an
online ad server, including DoubleClick, 24/7 Real Media or Atlas.
HTML and creative skills a plus. This individual will possess a BA/BS
degree (or equivalent training and experience). Ideal candidate is
extremely detail-oriented, exceptionally organized, has the ability
to multitask, possesses strong written and verbal communication
skills, solid computer/technical skills, and thrives in a fast-paced,
deadline oriented environment.
