THE CHALLENGE 

Companies should create an environment that helps and supports their employees to be the best people they are holistically. When you’re looking to reinvent your employee policies, one of the first things everybody thinks about tackling first is dental, vision, and all of these other elements, which are critically important.

Part of what I focused on was trying to find a benefit programs that really would satisfy our company where we were in our stage of growth.
