In a session with top leaders representing different communities in the industry, Josh Loebner, director of strategy for Designsensory, kicked off the conversation by reflecting on where we stand a year after the murder of George Floyd. He asked the panelists one critical question: What progress have we made, if any?

The overall sentiment: There is a “bigger army” today to combat systemic racism, and there is hope and optimism for a brighter future, but we must all do our part personally and professionally to truly see long-term change in our lifetime.
