With more than 20 years of experience in HR, Jonita Wilson has always had a deep passion and understanding of the value of diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace. In 2019, she joined Discover Financial Services’ HR team with a director of diversity position—which led to her being named chief diversity officer last summer, overseeing all DEI initiatives for the workforce of more than 17,000.
