Chairman: Rick Gomez, Chief Marketing and Digital Officer of Target

Rick leads marketing and media strategy, creative development, guest research, loyalty, and corporate responsibility for Target Corporation. Rick also oversees creative collaborations, including designer partnerships, exclusive music artists and licensing. In addition, Rick is the head of Target’s e-commerce business and oversees the company’s digital strategy. Prior to Target, Rick served as vice president of brand marketing at MillerCoors. He also held multiple leadership roles at PepsiCo, including chief marketing officer of the non-carbonated beverage portfolio. Rick began his career in brand management at the Quaker Oats Company. Antonio Lucio, Chief Marketing Officer of Facebook

Antonio is responsible for Facebook’s global brand marketing organization, including brand and creative strategy and marketing insights and analytics. Prior to joining Facebook, Antonio spent three years at HP Inc, most recently as Global Chief Marketing & Communication Officer. He also spent eight years at Visa as Global Chief Marketing and Communication officer, responsible for the design and implementation of all global brand & product marketing platforms and corporate communications, as well as guiding Visa through their IPO, and creating the company’s first-ever global positioning and brand identity system. Over the course of his career, Antonio has held marketing leadership and innovation roles at some of the world’s most successful consumer packaged goods companies, including PepsiCo Inc., Kraft General Foods, RJR Foods International, and Procter & Gamble. Bozoma Saint John, CMO of Endeavor

Bozoma (“Boz”) Saint John is Chief Marketing Officer at Endeavor, a global leader in entertainment, sports and fashion operating in more than 30 countries with a portfolio of companies including WME, IMG, and UFC. Denise Karkos, Chief Marketing Officer of TD Ameritrade

Denise is responsible for the overall management of TD Ameritrade marketing and advertising to the long-term investor, trader and advisor segments. In this role, she leads segment strategy, brand and advertising, social media and content marketing, marketing analytics, marketing technology and operations, and corporate communications. She serves as a member of the Company’s Senior Operating Committee, which shapes the strategic focus of the organization. Prior to joining TD Ameritrade in 2010, Denise served in leadership roles at TD Initiative Media, Hill Holliday and Digitas. Denise is on the Board of Directors for the Association of National Advertisers (ANA) and the Advertising Council. Janey Whiteside is Walmart’s executive vice president and first chief customer officer. She is responsible for looking after Walmart’s brand and thinking through the customer journey for both Walmart stores and e-commerce. Janey joined Walmart in 2018 after spending more than 20 years at American Express in leadership roles ranging from international pricing, relationship management and marketing, to customer engagement and global products, benefits and services. While at AmEx, she prioritized expanding AmEx products into new areas, connecting with younger customers and creating experiences and rewards for card members. Jeanine D. Liburd is the Chief Marketing & Communications Officer for BET Networks, a unit of Viacom Inc.
