Jeremy Skule
Chief Marketing Officer

CMO of Nasdaq Ringing Bells and Moving Markets

I had the most fantastical experience recently, getting to ring the closing bell at Nasdaq for the 100th episode of CMO Moves. It was an honor and a privilege, I never in a million years would have thought could happen. And I couldn’t thank Jeremy Skule, CMO of Nasdaq, and his entire team more for their support of what CMO Moves is all about, which is directly in line with their mission. It’s about celebrating great leaders, great moments, great businesses, and it goes way beyond a bell.

On Feb. 5, 2020, Nadine Dietz rang closing bell at Nasdaq to celebrate the 100th episode of CMO Moves alongside past guests of CMO Moves including Bozoma Saint John, Rick Gomez, Andrew Steinthal, Jill Gregory, Julian Duncan, Greg Welch, Tamara McCleary, Cynthia Chen and Heidi Browning Pearson

When I sat down with Jeremy in his offices in NYC, I was so enthralled with how many things he does do as Chief Marketing Officer of a world-recognized leading and influential institution. In this delightful conversation, we cover all the essential initiatives he takes on from NY to Davos to Hong Kong to support and celebrate great business moments and serve as a part of his extended network’s team. We explore how he’s partnering to create sound experiences, live events, and magical moments across his ecosystem. And we dive deep into the skill sets required for his team to thrive.

What I appreciate the most about Jeremy, is his commitment to authentic relationships, despite the everyday pressures we all face. Not just with his clients, but with his team.

“So I think about hiring great people first and foremost. We have worked really hard over the last several years to create a chemistry on this marketing team that delivers outsized results. It’s a very fast-paced environment. There is a tremendous amount going on, and we need team players.”

Join us in this exciting behind the scenes look at Nasdaq, and how Jeremy is shape-shifting perceptions away from just solely an exchange to a technology and analytics company.
