- Walden Media, which co-produced the movie THE LION, THE WITCH AND THE WARDROBE, is getting into book publishing in a partnership with Penguin Young Readers. Penguin will publish books adapted from Walden screenplays. In exchange, Walden will have access to Penguin’s pipeline of manuscripts and books that have potential as film projects.
