By Maryann Yin

What’s your favorite Walt Whitman poem? The TED-Ed team enlisted three different animators to interpret the poem, “A Noiseless Patient Spider.”

Whitman published this piece in a 1891 edition of his collection, Leaves of Grass. Click here to download a free digital edition of the book.

Over at the TED-Ed website, viewers can access a quiz, a discussion board, and more resources. In the past, the people at TED-Ed have created lessons on the villainous Minotaur, the apostrophe, and one-word sentences.
