The Onion Publishes Joe Biden Autobiography

By Maryann Yin

Vice President Joe Biden will star in an “autobiography (of sorts)” from satirical newspaper, The Onion.

Based on several past articles that The Onion  has printed about Biden, The President of Vice is a $2.99 Amazon Kindle Single.

The Onion writer posing as Biden will answer questions on Reddit today with starting 3 p.m. EST.

Here’s more from The New York Times: “it is an incarnation of the vice president that is familiar to readers of The Onion, the satirical newspaper, in which he has variously been depicted wearing a ponytail to President Obama’s first inauguration; getting banned for life from Dave and Buster’s restaurants; and washing his Trans Am in the White House driveway.”

The actual Biden (pictured, via) has written and published a book of his own. Random House released the memoir, Promises to Keep: On Life & Politics, in July 2007.
