Maddie Ziegler has signed a deal with two Simon & Schuster imprints: Gallery Books and Aladdin. She (pictured, via) has become well-known as a gifted young dancer who has displayed her talents in the music videos of pop singer Sia and the reality television show Dance Moms.
Ziegler gave this statement in the press release: “I’m honored to be given the chance to write about my journey. My hope is to inspire others to always keep dreaming and push through the hardships because it’s so worth it to find something you are truly passionate about in life. Always be brave enough to live out your dreams”
For Gallery Books, Ziegler will write a memoir entitled The Maddie Diaries. That book will be released in March 2017. For Aladdin, Ziegler intends to write a middle grade trilogy. Book one will come out in Fall 2017. The second and third installments will follow in Fall 2018 and Fall 2019.
