Jack Black (GalleyCat)Sony Pictures has announced plans for a Goosebumps sequel movie. According to Indiewire, Rob Letterman and Darren Lemke, the director and screenwriter behind the 2015 adaptation, have agreed to come back for this new project.

Here’s more from The Hollywood Reporter: “The movie was the climax of an 18-year journey to adapt the best-selling book series by R.L. Stine, which was first set up at Fox in 1998 before movie to Sony in 2008. One of the keys of cracking the adaptation included making Stine a character and tackling not just one story but populating the film with a host of his horror creations.”
