Actress Sarah Michelle Gellar has signed a deal with Grand Central Life & Style. Gellar (pictured, via) plans to write a nonfiction book on food crafting.
Editorial director Karen Murgolo negotiated the deal with Trident Media Group literary agent Dan Strone. The publisher has scheduled the release date for Spring 2017.
