Several changes have been made to the staff at the Queens Library. One new hire has joined the executive team and two current members of the organization have received promotions.
Gitte Peng has agreed to take on the role of chief of staff and senior vice president. Prior to this development, Peng worked at the Mayor’s office.
Nicolas Buron has been named chief librarian and senior vice president. Prior to this development, Buron held the position of vice president of public library services.
Kelvin A. Watson has been appointed the chief operating officer and senior vice president. Prior to this development, Watson held the position of chief information and technology officer.
