OJ Simpson Book on TMZ, BitTorrent

By Carmen

Even though Newsweek had some excerpts of the now-unbelievably infamous “final chapter” from OJ Simpson’s IF I DID IT, TMZ.com made the whole chapter available yesterday and it’s just as creepy as expected. But for those who wanted a full dose of the creeps, one was better off hanging around the BitTorrent sites like piratebay, reports the Globe & Mail. And as Siri Agrell points out, the leaked copy of the book likely means the victims’ families will see no further profit from its publication (although one could make the same claim for Michael Moore‘s SICKO, which suffered a similar leak last week, but if anything, the move only seems to increase people’s desire to watch the movie in theaters.)
