Netflix has unleashed a trailer for The Little Prince film adaptation. The story for this project comes from Antoine de Saint-Exupéry’s beloved children’s book.
According to Netflix’s blog post, the premiere has been scheduled for August 2016. The video embedded above features the voice acting talents of Jeff Bridges as the pilot and Mackenzie Foy as the young girl.
Deadline reports that Paramount Pictures had originally planned to release the English-language version of this movie to United States audiences in March 2016. The studio unexpectedly dropped it without explanation and Netflix immediately picked up the distribution rights.
