The National Book Foundation has revealed the 20 finalists for the 2016 National Book Awards for Fiction, Nonfiction, Poetry, and Young People’s Literature.
The finalists were selected by a panel of literary experts in September. The winners will be revealed on November 16 at the 67th National Book Awards Benefit Dinner and Ceremony at Cipriani Wall Street in New York. Winners receive $10,000 and a bronze medal and statue. Finalists receive $1,000 and a bronze medal.
