Melville House to Publish the U.S. Supreme Court Decision on Marriage Equality

SCOTUS (GalleyCat)Melville House will publish the U.S. Supreme Court Decision on Marriage Equality. The United States Supreme Court issued a decision for the Obergefell v. Hodges case on June 26.

This book features the Justice Anthony Kennedy’s majority opinion. In addition, it also contains the four dissenting opinions written by Chief Justice John Roberts, Justice Antonin Scalia, Justice Clarence Thomas, and Justice Samuel Alito.

According to the press release, “the publication of the historic Supreme Court decision marks the third time this year that Melville House will publish public documents in book form. It follows the successful releases of The Senate Intelligence Committee Report on Torture in January, and The Encyclical on Climate Change & Inequality by Pope Francis in August…The U.S. Supreme Court Decision on Marriage Equality and The U.S. Supreme Court Decision on Marriage Equality, Gift Edition will be published on October 27, 2015.”
