Margot Hunt Inks Two-Book Deal With Harlequin

Harlequin Logo (GalleyCat)Margot Hunt has signed a six-figure, two-book deal with the Harlequin imprint, MIRA Books. Denise Zaza, a senior editor, negotiated the deal with Ethan Ellenberg, a literary agent.

Hunt plans to write two dark thriller novels. The first book will be released in 2017.

Margaret Marbury, the vice president of general fiction editorial, gave this statement in the press release: “We’re absolutely delighted to be publishing Margot Hunt. These page turners will focus on vivid, complex portraits of contemporary women—their lives, friendships, struggles—and will capture readers’ imaginations.”
