Jennifer Weiner has signed a deal with two Simon & Schuster imprints, Atria Books and Aladdin Books. She plans to write four new books for adults and a middle grade trilogy.
Weiner had this statement in the press release: “I have been incredibly fortunate to work with such smart, forward-thinking, dedicated professionals. I’m thrilled to be exploring new places to tell stories, while continuing my journey with the women and men at Simon & Schuster.”
Weiner has a nonfiction book for adults in-the-works slated for release in September 2016. From there, her next novel for adults will be published in Summer 2017. Book one in The Littlest Bigfoot children’s series will come out in October 2016. Books two and three will follow in April 2017 and October 2017.
