Jeffrey Toobin to Write Book about the Supreme Court & Barack Obama

CNN analyst and New Yorker staff writer Jeffrey Toobin has inked a deal to publish a new book about the Supreme Court and President Barack Obama with Doubleday. Entitled The Oath: The Secret Struggle for the Supreme Court, the book is scheduled for 2012 release.

Toobin hit bestseller lists with his book, The Nine: Inside the Secret World of the Supreme Court The Associated Press has a quote from Toobin: “The battle between a conservative court and a liberal president will be one of the central behind-the-scenes dramas of the Obama years.”
