Dark Horse Comics has expanded the distribution of its digital comics to libraries.
Through a partnership with hoopla digital, a subscription service that gives library cardholders online and mobile access to movies, music and comics for free. The app’s library has more than 380,000 items in its library. And beginning today, Dark Horse titles including: Hellboy, B.P.R.D., Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Sin City are included in the collection.
To access the content, users must download the hoopla app and have a library card to a participating library (the app is connected to more than 800 library systems across North America).
