The cover has been unveiled for Lord of Shadows by Cassandra Clare. According to Clare’s tumblr page, the design features “Julian and the skyline of modern London.”
We’ve posted the full image for the jacket art—what do you think? Margaret K. McElderry, an imprint at Simon & Schuster Children’s Publishing, has set the release date for May 23, 2017.
This young adult novel will be the second installment of The Dark Artifices trilogy. Last year, Clare launched this series, the fourth one set in the Shadowhunters universe, with Lady Midnight. (via Cassandra Clare’s instagram page)
