The cover has been unveiled for Emma Donoghue’s debut middle grade novel, The Lotterys Plus One. According to Scholastic’s blog postCaroline Hadilaksono created the illustrations for this book.

We’ve embedded the full image for the jacket design above—what do you think? Scholastic has scheduled the publication date for March 2017.

Entertainment Weekly reports that the story follows “nine-year-old Sumac Lottery, a girl with six siblings, both biological and adopted, two moms, two dads, and many pets. Her giant family lives in a huge Victorian house they call Camelottery. Things get shaken up when Sumac’s racist and homophobic grandfather moves in because of his dementia.”
