Petersen’s first Living with the Dead book, Married with Zombies, features an un-happily married couple and zombies. The second book, Flip this Zombie, will be released in January 2011. Six months later in June, The Zombie Whisperer will come out.
Petersen isn’t the only author who takes a hands-on approach when it comes to marketing their books. Novelist Jennifer Belle hired actresses to read her book in public–competing with Petersen for the Most Tactical Marketing by an Author award.
