CNET Unveils Monthly Fiction Series

Online tech news site CNET has launched a new monthly series of original fiction called,  “Technically Literate.”

The stories will be posted on the publication’s website every month, and readers have the option to send the stories to their Kindle, iOS or Android device reading apps. The new series kicks off this month with original stories from authors Anthony Marra, Cristina Garcia, Michelle Richmond and Nayomi Munaweera.

“Technology is central to intellectual lives in the 21st century,” stated Lindsey Turrentine, Editor-in-Chief, CNET.com. “We look forward to discovering how authors address the wonders and challenges inherent in technology’s tremendous change rate. I’m excited that CNET is a global platform for talented authors.”

Award-winning San Francisco Bay Area author Janis Cooke Newman serves as Editor-at-Large for the series.
