Actress Carrie-Anne Moss (pictured, via) has landed a role in the A.K,A, Jessica Jones series.
According to Deadline, Moss’s character is “a no-nonsense woman who could prove a powerful ally to Jessica (Krysten Ritter) – if Jessica doesn’t completely alienate her first.” Other actors who have also signed on for this project include Mike Colter, David Tennant, and Rachael Taylor.
Filmmaker Melissa Rosenberg serves as both the showrunner and executive producer for this 13-episode Marvel show. It will debut on Netflix later this year.
