Barnes & Noble Inc. has announced plans to launch four new concept stores later this year. The Wall Street Journal reports that the company will install expanded cafes with a beverage menu that offers beer and wine.
The food menu will feature breakfast, lunch, and dinner offerings. According to Bloomberg, Jaime Carey, the Chief Operating Officer (COO), will take the helm of this new restaurant group.
