Audible Users Can Now File Share

By Dianna Dilworth

Amazon’s audiobook company Audible is now letting users share audiobooks.

Users can give any audiobook they have purchased to others via email, text, Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp. The recipient can access the title for free and Audible will pay rights holders royalties on the transaction.

To send a title, users must tap on the ‘Send this Book’ icon in My Library. They will then see the option to send the book to as many people as they like. If the recipient doesn’t have an account, they are not required to sign up or share credit card information to access the file.
