UVA Grads Sue Rolling Stone

And coincidentally, the magazine's managing editor is leaving.

Three University of Virginia graduates are suing Rolling Stone, its publisher Jann Wenner and writer Sabrina Rudin Erdely over the infamous, debunked Erdely piece about a rape on UVA’s campus. As you might recall, Rolling Stone apologized and retracted the article that was inaccurate in pretty much every way possible.

The men are all members of the fraternity that was the focus of Erdely’s piece. They are suing for defamation and infliction of emotional distress.

This is the second time Rolling Stone has been sued over the article.
