Last night, the media boom fell on Toronto mayor Rob Ford. The Toronto Sun, a paper that had been one of the embattled politician’s staunchest supporters, shifted their opinion page strategy. And this morning, they followed that op-ed jab with a front-page upper cut:
There have been many memorable reader-comment threads sparked in the Great White North by the Ford scandal(s); the hundreds of reactions that have poured in to the Sun’s Wednesday night op-ed, which followed some final police investigation allegations about Ford, rank fairly high.
