University of Alabama student Jack Blankenship didn’t start holding up an oversize resume or “Hire Me!” sign at Crimson Tide basketball games in 2012. But he might as well have.
Per a report in the Tuscaloosa News, the infamous “face guy” has parlayed it all into a winter-spring internship at Late Night with Jimmy Fallon that starts today. All thanks to his holding up a giant photo cutout of his scowling face at college B-ball games to distract opposing players:
Blankenship appeared as a guest of Fallon in 2012 and on other talk shows after the cutout of his face drew the attention of photographers at Alabama basketball games and eventually worked its way into sports blogs.
