Vox Media Announces Head Honchos
Vox Media has named Marty Moe Chief Operating Officer and Group Publisher and Joe Purzycki Veep of National Sales today as the company heads into 2013 with three major digital properties: SB Nation, The Verge and Polygon.
Vox HQ is in Washington, D.C.
Moe had previously been Vox’s Chief Content Officer and was publisher of The Verge and Polygon, which he also co-founded. Purzycki was Senior Director of East Coast sales and managed account relationships with clients such as MSFT, P&G, BMW, Comcast, Unilever and others.
Both have years of digital experience: Moe was previously SVP of AOL’s News & Information Group; Purzycki was a senior account director at MySpace.
