Reuters Hires Oliphant as Political Correspondent
Oliphant, the former deputy editor for National Journal magazine, will work with the Reuters campaign team ahead of their 2016 coverage.
Jim Oliphant has been brought on board by Reuters to serve as a senior political writer, per a staff memo obtained by FishbowlDC.
Oliphant, the former deputy editor for National Journal magazine, will work with the Reuters campaign team in Washington in anticipation of their 2016 coverage. According to the memo, he likes to “watch and write about classic film, hike, bike and spend time with his 9-year-old daughter, Kate.”
