Paul Ryan will be in New York on July 12 for a live, one-hour CNN town hall. Jake Tapper will host, asking the House speaker questions posed by the audience in addition to Tapper’s own.
Topics up for discussion include a status update on the Republican party, the House GOP’s legislative agenda, and, it goes without saying, but we’ll do it anyway–the elections. We’re guessing it will make for some very carefully constructed sentences.
It will be a whirlwind month for Ryan, who will be in Cleveland less than a week later, presiding over the Republican National Convention.
