Madeleine Albright and Catherine Russell Join Tina Brown's Women in the World Series

Former U.S. Secretary of State Madeleine Albright joined Tina Brown’s “Women in the World” series last night. This was the series’ first ever event in the District.

Asked how she would handle the situation in Ukraine if she were acting Secretary of State, Albright said, “Invading other countries illegally is not the way to try to be a part of the international system…I think what we don’t want to do is get in a zero sum game with them.”
