Former CQ Roll Call Staffer David Eldridge Lands at InsideSources
The news veteran joins a startup.
Former CQ Roll Call Congressional editor and reporter David Eldridge, who was laid off by the publication in October, has been hired by news startup InsideSources. The startup also adds Carter Dougherty as a contributor. Dougherty had most recently been a reporter at Bloomberg News.
Eldridge comes on as a reporter and editor and will also be working on developing the publication’s newswire. Prior to CQ Roll Call, Eldridge had been a 15-year veteran of the Washington Times, where he had been an editor.
