Joanna Champagne is a design researcher and human-centered designer at Doblin, Deloitte’s Innovation firm. As senior manager, customer strategy & applied design, she helps innovators humanize services, and design for good. Prior to her role at Deloitte, Champagne was the first chief of web and new media initiatives at the National Gallery of Art, in Washington D.C., and was at the Smithsonian Institution for 10 years. While there, she led major website redesigns and digital initiatives to find new ways to leverage design and technology to inclusively engage existing visitors and attract new ones.
