DigitalZTE V9 Android tablet Clears the FCCBy Nate Hoffelder|April 13, 2011ShareBy Nate Hoffelder|April 13, 2011ShareThe latest Android tablet from ZTE showed up on the FCC website yesterday, and it’s rather strange little beast. It’s based on a 7″ (800×480) screen, and it’s running Android v2.1 on a meager 600MHz Qualcomm CPU. That’s rather weak for a brand new tablet by a big name company. It also has just the one 3.2MP camera on the back, which is a little odd.The V9 was at the FCC so its CDMA/GSM systems could be tested, and it also has 1GB Flash storage, a microSD card slot, SIM card slot, but no Wifi or Bluetooth. That last is rather strange considering that the manual lists the projected call time as 1200 minutes. Obviously ZTE expects users to hold a 7″ tablet against their head.via FCC Adweek Adweek
