Make Your Own Cards Sometimes a homemade card can be the perfect solution when you want to show you care but don't have a lot of money to spend. In this great tutorial from MAKE Magazine, Bre Pettis shows you three cool ideas for making creative home made cards, including woodblock prints, aluminum relief art, and long-exposure light photography. Cookies Baked goods are also a great way to put a smile on your friends' faces (and love in their tummy) this holiday season. Learn how to make festive teddy bear cookies in the video below. Photo Wallet If you want to give your friend or loved one a gift that really captures your friendship and the memories you've shared together, a photo wallet is a great idea. In the video below you can learn how to create a photo wallet out of a piece of paper and some ribbon. Stick photo memories in eight different pockets. Custom Journal or Sketchbook A custom journal or sketchbook is also a great way to show how much you care, without having to spend a lot of money. How to Make a T-Shirt Bag If you are trying to come up with a great idea for a cheap gift for your fashion savvy friend, why not make them a t-shirt bag?
