Yelp Users Can Now Ask and Answer Questions About Businesses

Users can now post questions on Yelp's business pages for other users to answer

Yelp launched a new Questions & Answers feature, which allows users to post questions to business pages that can be answered by other members of the community.

With this feature, users can post public questions to business pages, which can be answered by other users and business owners. Questions can receive multiple answers, and users can mark each answer as “helpful” or “not helpful.” Users can also opt in to receive notifications when questions receive new answers.

Yelp’s Q&A feature is now available in the U.S. on iPhone, Android and desktop.
