XO Group Inc. (formerly The Knot Inc.) has named Brent Tworetzky executive vice president of product. Tworetzky most recently served as an advisor for companies such as Udacity, WebMD, Mint.com, and ClassPass.
XO Group is most well-known for its web properties TheKnot.com, TheBump.com and TheNest.com.
