Workplace by Facebook now offers an accelerated adoption program for regulated and deskless-workforce enterprise customers.
The social network’s answer to Slack teamed up with technology consultancy Talk Social to Me, which assists companies developing employee communications and social collaboration platforms, and bot and automation provider ServiceRocket on the program, Elevate.
Elevate will give Workplace by Facebook customers access to consulting services for critical-use cases in compliance management, spontaneous conversation trends and influencer coaching from Talk Social to Me, as well as the proprietary moderation and insights application from ServiceRocket (a one-year license on the latter).
Workplace by Facebook director of strategic product development Frerk-Malte Feller—who joined Facebook in May 2015 to lead monetization efforts for Messenger—said in a release announcing the partnership: “Our partner ecosystem plays a key role in helping customers get the most out of Workplace.
