Wired's Creative Director Resigns For Another Conde Job

Scott Dadich has resigned his job as creative director at Wired to focus on his corporate Conde Nast job, WWD reports.

Dadich was tapped in July to direct digital magazine development (i.e. iPads) at Conde HQ. Since then, we’re told, he’s been splitting his time between the Wired offices in SF and the Conde Nast building at 4 Times Square.

The back-and-forthing was evidently too much as he’s now going to focus on his new title, which is “executive director of digital-magazine development.”

Incidentally, while the first iPad issue of Wired outsold the print newsstand, subsequent issues haven’t done as well, but the company says it’s “very pleased” with the magazine’s performance.
