The Winklevoss twins may have dropped their suit against Facebook before it reached the U.S. Supreme Court, but that’s not to say they’re done fighting for what they believe is right. Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss, along with their business partner Divya Narendra, are filing a new case against Facebook in a federal court in Boston. The filing comes a day after the brothers put Facebook’s legal team at ease by announcing they would not appeal an earlier court decision.
The brothers initially turned down a settlement offer in 2008 because they said it was unfairly calculated.
