Yes, the article is about a phone that runs Windows XP – not Windows Mobile. This xpPhone apparently goes into sleep mode or something like it so you don’t have to boot everytime you need to use the phone. It has a 4.8 inch 800×480 LCD touch screen (very large for a phone), pull-out QWERTY keyboard, WiFi, GPS, optional WiMax and 120GB hard drive (no RAM specs given) built around an AMD processor.
