Microsoft officially released its Windows 8.1 operating system Thursday, and Facebook’s application for the new OS is already available.
The Verge reported that the Facebook app for Windows 8.1 includes a feature called Share Charm, which allows users to automatically attach photos into emails.
Other features, according to The Verge, include:
- Status update, photo, and check-in tabs alongside the chat interface on the right-hand side.
- Buttons for friend requests, inbox, and notifications at the top right of the app.
