Instagram is toying with the idea of removing like counts from posts on its network.
Developer and blogger Jane Manchun Wong shared screenshots via Twitter of the test, which includes the following message within the application: “We want your followers to focus on what you share, not how many likes your posts get. During this test, only the person who shared a post will see the total number of likes it gets.”
